High Wycombe Central Aid Society

Every year each local store selects a Charity of the Year. We were delighted when our local store in High Wycombe selected the Society as their Charity of the Year for 2008. John Lewis have provided us with a considerable amount of support during the year. There has been practical help, for example painting our furniture warehouse, financial assistance, supplying food for distribution to those in need in the community, and donating equipment for office administration.

The Society also received a cheque for £2000 raised by the John Lewis “Meet the Neighbours” event. This was handed over at a ceremony at the High Wycombe store on 3rd October.
